Leah's Peace Buttons & More..... Leah is a good friend of mine that lives about 1/2 mile from me. She is a freelance artist who participates in most of the local and surrounding area's Farmer's Markets, Arts & Crafts Fares, Barter Fairs, etc.
Leah is a pretty 30+-year-old "hippie-girl" who has a beautiful heart and personality. She and her partner, Dean- also a free-lance artist who is well-known for his awesome birdhouses- are very care-free spirits wanting to make a difference in our mountain-set community. They make wonderful company and both have some fascinating artwork in several forms.
Four years ago about the time Dean & Leah were getting together and I'd met them, a couple groups of Baring residents had met over at the Barter Faire in Tonasket, Washington. We all had our own goods and we camped the weekend next two each other. It was a very memorable weekend, to say the least. I have a few pictures I'll eventually post.
I'll have Leah's posted and displayed on one page, and have Dean's displayed on another. I'll eventually pull them together, but I'm just putting my brainstorming on paper!
